These handwoven bedspreads were designed by interior designer Marilen Montenegro, and woven by handloom weavers in La Union, Philippines. 

There are two double seams connecting the panels. It comes with a handmade fringed trimming. 

The bedspread helps protect your bed - one of the most intimate and vulnerable areas in your home - from common household irritants that can cause long-term health problems. It prevents dust mites or bacteria from settling into the mattress and surviving in the dark conditions. Certain mites or bacteria can increase respiratory issues or aggravate skin conditions and using a bed spread over the entire bed can prevent this from happening.

Machine wash using a warm low spin cycle.

Hang damp from line or bar. It is better for the fabric and for the environment. Tumble drying is not recommended, but if necessary, use a Delicate/Gentle cycle setting.
