Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
We are typically able to process your order within 1 business day. We ship out on Mondays through Fridays, except on Holidays.
Estimated shipping timelines vary:
- Metro Manila: 3-4 business days
- Outside Metro Manila: 5-7 business days
For inquiries regarding tracking, please refer to your shipping confirmation email, where we have provided information on your tracking numbers and respective logistics providers.
For orders with add-on monograms, please give us an additional week to embroider your order.
Please note that import taxes are not part of the total price and will be shouldered by the customer if applied by the destination's customs agency.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All sales are final; hence, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations. Our items are lovingly handcrafted and each piece is unique. Should there be any damages in the item due to sewing, labelling or delivery, we will be happy to replace the item. If you see any damages in your order, please send us a clear picture of the damage within 2-3 days of receiving your parcel by contacting us.
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages made by the courier.
